Project Registration

To register the project, go to the TDLR website, Texas Architectural Barrier online System (TABS). You may have to setup a new user profile to begin.

While registering, use "1333" as the RAS license number to use our services.

There is a $175 processing fee while registering the project.

Save the TABS#, you will need this number to submit your construction documents to the city for permit review.

We will receive a notification from TDLR that the project has been registered. We will reach-out if we don’t hear from you first.

Plan Review

These are the items TDLR requires for you to submit to us for Plan Review:

  1. Complete set of construction documents including Civil and SMEP. PDF is perfect.

  2. Proof of Submission form is not required for a Plan Review submittal, but is recommended if a Design Professional is involved.

  3. Owner Agent Designation form is required if the owner is designating an individual to act on their behalf. It is not required if the owner will be involved throughout the process.

Inspection

Inspections are performed after construction of the project is completed.  We will remind you of the inspection prior to the estimated completion date as noted on the project registration form.

Payment

Fees are required to be paid prior to any services being performed.  We will send you an invoice and you can pay by check, credit card or ACH.
