As a Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS), we provide TDLR Project Registration, Plan Review, and Inspection services for commercial buildings and facilities throughout Texas.
We work with architects, owners, contractors, tenants, and developers to help projects comply with the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) while keeping the process clear, practical, and successful.
PROJECT REGISTRATION
Getting started is easy.
We’ll guide you through the project registration process, gather the required information, and register your project with TDLR.
PLAN REVIEW
Identify issues before construction begins.
We’ll review your construction documents for compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards and prepare a detailed report identifying any items requiring correction.
INSPECTION
Your project is ready for inspection.
We’ll perform the required TDLR inspection and prepare the documentation needed to complete the project.
